Reneé Hall is a New York-born businesswoman and professional hairstylist. She spent her entire childhood in Brooklyn, where her love of styling and hairstyling began. Her first experience in this area was in her teens as an assistant to the stylist Tulani Kinard. After this adventure, she decided to open a beauty salon called Mo Betta Braids, which she maintained for 10 years. She later became a professor at Medgar Ever College, where she taught hair care techniques. Years later, Reneé Hall moved to Maryland to expand her portfolio. She launched Essentials Beauty and Barber Day in 2004. Later, she created Natural Trandezetter and SEP (Salon Empowerment Program), which helps new beauty salons get started.
