Bio
Bill Westmoreland is a Hair Stylist, photographer, and painter represented by Art+ Commerce since 1986. He received his BFA in painting, photography, and drawing from SFA University. In addition, Westmoreland received an MFA in Visual Art from Vermont College of Fine Arts. With his talent in painting, Westmoreland received the award for “Home Design of the Year” by Metropolitan Home’s Magazine in 1992. Some of Westmoreland’s notable achievements in photography was working with the cover for Liza Minnelli’s “Liza’s at the Palace” in 2008. Westmoreworld also collaborated with tons of world-class photographers, including Frank Ockenfels, Annie Leibovitz, and Robert Mapplethorpe.
