We the Kings is a famous American rock band formed in 2005 and is based in Bradenton, Florida. Their first self-titled album was released in 2007, which Sam Hollander produced. The band consists of four members, guitarist-singer Travis lark, drummer Danny Duncan, bassist Drew Thomsen, and guitarist Hunter Thomsen. Their second album, which was released in 2009, Smile Kid, consisted of forty songs. The MTV Video Music Award featured their third album, the Sunshine State of Mind, for the song Say you Like Me. After this album, Drew Thomsen was replaced by Charles Trippy as the bassist. Their fifth album came out in the middle of 2015, titled Strange Love. The song On my Love was a part of album Six that got them instant success and recognition in the industry. In collaboration with the Canadian band Simple Plan, they traveled and performed across the globe. They have also toured with other renowned bands like All Time Low and Boys Like Girls.
