In 1989, an Irish rock band was formed in Limerick, Ireland. With a birth name — The Cranberry Saw Us; it started with Niall Quinn as the lead singer. The band had Noel Hogan as the guitarist, and Fergal Lawler was the drummer. In this band, Mike Hogan played a Bassist, and the band gained huge popularity. In 1990, Dolores O'Riordan replaced Niall Quinn; the band's name also changed to The Cranberries. This band incorporated various aspects like indie rock, jangle pop, folk-rock, post-punk, and pop-rock. Some singles that came from The Cranberries are Dreams (1992), Linger (1993), Zombie (1994), and Salvation(1996). After a break of almost a decade, they reunited with a North American tour and albums like Roses (2012) and Something Else (2017). After the death of the lead singer, Dolores O'Riordan, in 2018, the band decided not to continue. Their final album was At the End (April 2019). In their journey, The Cranberries won many awards for their albums, including MTV Europe Music Award and BMI Award.
