Talayeh Ashrafi, an Iranian-American Actress, is better known by her screen name, Tala Ashe. The actress was born in Tehran, Iran, and moved to the United States as an infant. A BFA graduate of Boston's University's School of Theatre, Tala has also studied at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts. In the initial years of her career, the actress was part of various off-broadway productions. Her first role came in 2008 with the film ‘Waiting in Beijing’. She has even made brief appearances on many TV series like ‘Law and Order’, ‘30 Rock’, ‘Law and Order: Criminal Intent’ and ‘Covert Affairs’. The actress had a recurring role in the series’ American Odyssey’ and ‘Smash’. In 2017, she became part of the ensemble of DC's ‘Legends of Tomorrow’ where she played the role of Zari Tomaz. This role earned her fans globally and made her a famous name.
