A Swedish actor, Malin Buska was born in Övertorneå. She studied in Lulea. As she grew she developed a keen interest in acting. To further her interest Malin studied the art of acting at Teaterhögskolan in Malmö. She also acted in Lule Stassteater. Her first film debut happened in 2011 with ‘Happy End’. From there she went on to act in several films including Snabba Cash III and The Girl King in which she performed the lead role as Christina, the Queen of Sweden. She even acted in the TV series A Discovery Of Witches in 2018. Buska has won several awards over the years. She won the Rising Star Award in 2011 and then was also announced the Best Dressed Woman of the Year at the Elle-Gala in 2015. The same year she also won the Best Actress Award for The Girl King, at the 39th Annual Montreal World Film Festival (MWFF). There has been no looking back for the actress since.
