The youngest child of Queen Silvia and King Carl XVI Gustav, Princess Madeleine Bernadotte, the Duchess of Halsingland and Gastrikland, also known as Madeleine Therese Amelie Josephine, is seventh in the line of succession to the royal throne of Sweden. Princess Madeleine has worked in UNICEF, focussing on children's issues like sexual exploitation, the condition of children in institutional care, and more.
