Born in Sweden, Lotta Lindgren, popularly known as Leon, started off her career with a musical group before flying solo. She drew inspiration from Beyonce, Amy Winehouse, and the likes. One of her first releases is Extended Play, Treasure (2015), produced by Columbia Records. Her single 'Tired of Talking' resonated with the audience and became an instant hit. She released three consecutive EPs, Spotify Singles (2016), which were streamed, For You (2017), and Surround Me (2017). She released her debut album, LEON, in 2019 under her independent label and followed the same for her second album, Apart (2020). Chris Anokute and Katy Perry helped her in her journey. Leon performed in the opening of Louis The Child's North American tours and named her North American tours as the 'You & I' tours, after the most successful single in her debut album.
