Born in 1972, Julia Lemigova is a former Russian model and businesswoman. She is famous as the 1990’s Miss USSR. When she held the crown, Lemigova represented the Soviet Union at the 1991’s Miss Universe pageant and became the 2nd runner-up. Julia has a very aesthetic and attractive profile on Instagram. In 2003, she set base in Paris and opened her well-being centre named Joiya spa. Lemigova also launched a skincare and spa line in 2009. She called it Russia Blanche, and it gained instant popularity among the who's who of the industry.
