Judith Rakers is a renowned German journalist and TV personality. Rakers had spent her early days in the beautiful town of Bad Lippspringe along with her father. She graduated from Pelizaeus-Gymnasium Paderborn with a specialization in journalism and mass communication and has also studied German Philosophy along with contemporary history from the University of Münster. In her initial days, Judith Rakers worked as a radio presenter at NRW local radio stations such as Antenne Münster, Radio Hochstift, etc. Between 2004 to 2010, Rakers worked in the television industry and presented the show ‘Hamburg Journal’. Her strong personality and presence of mind, along with a good command of the language, made her extremely popular amongst the masses. In 2011, she hosted the Eurovision Song Contest in Germany with renowned celebrities such as Anke Engelke and Stefan Raab. She has also presented the popular Radio Bremen talk show, 3 nach 9.
