Born in 1975, Jessi Ruth Klein, popularly known as Jessi Klein is an American stand-up comedian, actress, and writer. She has made regular appearances on shows such as VH1’s Best Week Ever, and The Showbiz Show, among several others. Klein has also performed on Premium Blend, as a stand-up comedian. Jessi was the voice of Lucy in Adult Swim’s Lucy, the Daughter of the Devil. Klein has worked on Saturday Night Live, as a writer and has also co-starred besides writing for Michael & Michael Have Issues, which aired on Comedy Central in 2009. She was the first female guest host of Wait Wait Don’t Tell Me! in 2011. In 2015, Jessi received the Primetime Emmy Award, for Outstanding Variety Sketch Series. Her debut book named, You’ll Grow Out of It was released in 2016, and it went on to become the best seller of the New York Times. Since 2017, Jessi has been the consulting producer for Big Mouth, a Netflix series.
