Glen Mazzara is an American television producer and writer born on July 6, 1967, in New York, United States. Glen is the creator and the producer of A&E's Damien. The Walking Dead was a popular show produced by Glen. It ran the second and third seasons and featured in the AFI Top Ten TV Program list (2012). Glen wrote The Overlook Hotel — a prequel to The Shining. Glen got many awards, including the AFI, the Golden Globe, and Emmy Awards. Glen is the co-founder of WGA staff writer Bootcamp and is a frequent speaker at the Writers Guild Foundation (WGA). Glen takes classes and seminars at colleges and is a speaker at professional conferences in the US and overseas.
