Daria Popova
Daria Popova is a former Russian competitive couple skater who was born on July 28th, 1993, in the city of Moscow, Russia. She retired from her sporting career as a skater on July 31st, 2015. She represented France in skating activities. Her former coaches were Claude Péri, Inna Utkina, Jean Francois Ballester, and Ingo Steuer. Popova moved with her family to Germany when she was seven years old. She speaks four languages: German, Russian, English, and Italian.In 2011, Popova competed as a couple with Bruno Massot. In 2014 they won the Challenge Cup and the French title in 2012. Their formation as a skating couple placed them among the top ten in 2012 and 2013 of the European Championship. She also briefly skated for the French team with Andrei Novoselov.
