Daniel Rozoum, professionally known as Daniel Darc, is a renowned French singer born on May 20, 1959, in France. He is most popularly known for his band named the Taxi Girl, which consisted of Mirwais Ahmadzai and Darc. He started his career as a solo singer and released Sous Influence Divine in 1987. One of his most famous albums is called the Nijinsky, which was launched in 1994. He has collaborated with several renowned musicians and producers like Alain Bashung, Robert Wyatt, Steve Nieve, and Morgane. His band Taxi Girl was disbanded in 1986. After that, he continued his solo career as a singer, songwriter, and producer. He released several albums like Cherchez le garcon (1980), Seppuku (1981), Suite and Fin (1983), Quelque part dans Paris (1990), chapelle Sixteen (2013) and La taille de mon âme (2011).
