Award-winning director Chiara Clemente is best known for portraying cultural contrasts through film. As a young child, her creative process was influenced by her father, who painted portraits of people from different backgrounds. She started exploring the world through a video camera lens when she was only 12 years old. Today, with a career spanning over a decade, she has produced and directed several documentaries, series, short films, commercials, and branded content. Her documentary, ‘Our City Dreams’, was critically acclaimed and screened across the globe. The film series, ‘Beginnings’ ran for four successful seasons and won the Webby Awards. Her commercial collaborations include brands like Levi's, Apple, Cotton, Persol, and Mercedes Benz. Among her recent works are a series of films for a foundation run by Christy Turlington. These films take inspiration from Letters to Andy Warhol. She was also part of the Artsy series, ‘Breaking Glass’.
