Born on March 18, 1987 in Nimes, a small town in France, Alice Belaidi wandered into the world of acting at the tender age of seven when she starred in an ambitious local theater and never looked back. A few years later, she decided to study acting at the Theatre Du Chene Noir, where she was mentored by the inspired filmmaker Raymon Vinciguerra. After starring in an extensive line of stage productions and off-way theaters, she began to earn a name for herself. Belaid’s most prominent work has been credited to her portrayal of Jabara in the renowned play Confidence To Allah, which went on to earn her the Best Female Newcomer Award at the 2010 Moliere Awards. The massive success of this production flung the team into a national tour of two years, where they visited several cities.  Post her departure from this production, Alice has been a part of several reputed movies and TV shows and currently plays Sophie on Canal Plus’ ‘Sophie and Sophie.’
