Alex Shaffer is an American actor. He was born on August 23, 1993, in Hunterdon County, New Jersey. He attended Hunterdon Central Regional High School, wrestled since preschool, won the New Jersey State Wrestling Championship (2010).Shaffer made his acting debut in the film "Win-Win" (2011), for which he gained critical support. He made his first lead in the Sundance film "The Lifeguard" (2013) and then "Runoff" (2014). Shaffer played the character Squirrel in the film "We Are Your Friends" (2015), at the same time, he served as a guest presenter on the MTV series "Catfish: The TV Show". Shaffer then played track and dirt racer Albert "Shrimp" Burns in the Discovery Channel docudrama "Harley and the Davidsons" (2016).
