Jonathan Elihu Silverman was born in Los Angeles, California, the U.S., on August 5, 1966. He is an actor and famous philanthropist. Devora and Hillel Emanuel Silverman are his parents. He is the grandson of Morris Silverman, a well-known Conservative Rabbi. He's been married to Jennifer Finnigan, an actress, since 2007. Silverman is best known for his appearances in the T.V. show 'Gimme A Break!' and the film 'Brighton Beach Memoirs.' He has also featured in movies like 'Girls Just Want to Have Fun,' 'Little Big League,' 'Caddyshack II' and 'Weekend at Bernie's. Silverman starred in the television series 'The Single Guy and the 1992 film 'Little Sister,' where he also portrayed the titular character. In the early 2000s, he had a brief appearance on 'The Bold and the Beautiful. In 'Beethoven's Big Break,' Silverman portrayed the part of Eddie. Silverman starred in the film 'Jam' in 2006.
