An engaging TV, and film performer, Ron Eldard was born on February 20, 1965, in New York, USA. He made his debut with the comedy film True Love in 1989. He was cast in this movie along with Annabella Sciorra. This movie won the Grand Jury Prize At the Sundance Film Festival. His most loved and appreciated performance is the role in Bakersfield PD (1993) and ER (1994). In Sleepers (1996), he shared the screen with Brad Pitt and Billy Crudup. He became exceedingly famous for his Broadway productions like Survey, AveNu Boys, and Bernice 4ever. He appeared for a brief period in the short NB sitcom Men Behaving Badly (1996). He has also appeared in Bastard Out of Carolina (1996), When Trumpets Fade (1998),  and his one-man hit show Standing Eight Count. He was cast in the Pulitzer Prize-winning production Doubt in 2006, along with Eileen Atkins. He was also a part of the horror movie Poker Night in 2014.
