Erdem Moralioglu is a fashion designer born in 1976 in Canada. He did his Bachelor's in Fashion at Ryerson College Toronto, where he enrolled in 1995. His career began with an opportunity to intern at Vivienne Westwood's London office. He went to the Royal College Of Art for further studies, where he interned with Diane Von Furstenberg in 2004. In 2005 Erdem launched his label E.R.D.E.M. which is based in London. E.R.D.E.M. has received numerous accolades, including the British Fashion Council Fashion Forward Award in 2008, the Inaugural British Fashion Council/ Vogue Designer Fashion Fund Award in 2010, British Fashion Council New Establishment Award in 2012, British Fashion Council Red Carpet Award in 2013, the British Fashion Council Womenswear Designer Of The Year Award in 2014, and the Fashion Group International Fashion Tsar Award in 2016. The label opened its debut flagship store in Mayfair in 2015.
