Most of Taylor's career was spent with the National Football League's (NFL) Miami Dolphins. Jason played for the Dolphins three times in 1997, 2009, and 2011 respectively and is an all-time leader with nine career touchdowns. In 2017, Jason got inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame and retired in December 2011.
