Professional golfer, Camilo Villegas has seen a great deal of success in the PGA Tours. He had an athletic inclination from a young age and played for various National Junior Championships. At the age of 16, Camilo became the first Colombian golfer to win the Amateur's Grand Slam in one year. He bagged several firsts for Colombia in the golfing circuit and then went on to get an athletic scholarship for the University of Florida. After great success in his college golf career, Villegas moved on to the PGA tour. Within four years of joining the tour, he moved up to the 18th Spot in the Official World Golf Ratings. Just a year later, he won The Tour Championship which took him to the 7th Spot. Villegas is the highest-ranked Colombian player and continues to play for the PGA tours to this day.
