Cornelius Crane Chase, professionally and popularly known as Chevy Chase, is an actor from New York City. He first appeared in Saturday Night Live in 1975 and was followed by several other outstanding performances marking his success in the film industry. Chevy has worked in various hit movies, including Fletch Lives, Caddyshack, Fletch, and National Lampoon's Vacation, among several others. His films reflected his personality. In the 90s, Chase worked in films like Cops and Robbersons, and Memoirs of an Invisible Man. Chevy took a break from the industry only to come back with the film ‘Community’ released in 2009. Other movies and portrayals of Chevy include Christmas Vacation, Vegas Vacation, and European Vacation.
