Fashion editor, designer, stylist and journalist, Kartin Gerhardy works from Hamburg. Her career in fashion began as a tailoring apprentice. This spiked her interest in fashion and led her to study at the Design Department of the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences.  Her first professional gig in the world of fashion was at Men’s Health magazine as a fashion assistant. Gaining ample experience, she bagged a job at the Suddeutsche Zeitung Magazin in Munich. Her projects gave her the opportunity to understand her own style and develop a unique perspective on upcoming trends in the world of fashion.  She was hired at the prestigious, high fashion magazine TUSH in Germany where she worked as the Deputy Fashion Director and the Fashion Director. She shared her knowledge as a Fashion Journalism teacher at the AMD Akademie Mode and Design as well. As a freelancer, she has worked with numerous clients including Chanel, Catrice, Brilliance, Audi, Arte, Goldwell, Schwarzkopf and Syoss. Her celebrity clients include Volker Bruch, Fritzi Haberlandt, Hannah Herzsprung and Lena Gercke.
