In her role as an editorial designer, Val Garland has had the opportunity to make publications for Vogue, Harper’s Baazar, Allure, Dazed & Confused and iD. Garland’s makeup and styling performance made her recognized as the Pro-V Makeup Artist of the Year in 2004, and in 2017 she became the first general director of global makeup for L’Oreal Paris.
