English comedian, actor, film critic and TV and radio presenter, Jonathan Ross is a familiar face because of the chat show ‘Friday Night with Jonathan Ross’. He appeared in various advertisements as a child artist while studying at the Norlington School for Boys. After graduating from the University College London, he started his career on the show ‘Loose Talk’ as a researcher. In 1981, he briefly appeared on the TV show, ‘It Ain’t Half Hot, Mum’, as an extra. A TV show that he created with Alan Mark, ‘The Last Resort with Jonathan Ross’, established him as one of the best TV presenters of his generation. After working for prominent channels like BBC and Channel X, he won a BAFTA for Best Entertainment Performance for three years, in 2004, 2006 and 2007. He was made an Officer of the Order of the British Empire in 2005 for his contributions to broadcasting.
